Supa dupa healthy trail mix

Want a quick and easy snack?  Seriously, I’ve been eating this stuff at my desk for 3 days straight….screw serving suggestions, I just grab a handful whenever I want throughout the day!  It’s got your salty and your sweet all in one, and you can buy the ingredients in bulk to mix up a fresh batch whenever you want.

Ingredients – makes 3 cups

1 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup whole cashews
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins (golden raisins suggested)
1/2 cup dried blueberries

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container.

Bing bang boom, you’re done!
