40 Healthy Office SnacksThink it’s tough to eat healthy in the office?  I’m with you, but with a little pre-planning there’s actually a plethora of options you can choose from!  I’ve devised this list to help you in your brainstorming.  Don’t worry, it’s as much for me as it is for you 😉

  1. Beef jerky
  2. Yogurt (optional fruit/nut/granola toppings)
  3. Granola bar
  4. Crackers and cheese
  5. Protein bar
  6. PB & J sandwich (or crackers)
  7. Hummus and carrots
  8. Apples and nut butter
  9. Oatmeal
  10. Soup
  11. Piece of Fruit (apple, peach, banana, orange, etc.)
