With an intro like that, I should be honest with you; this isn’t a blog about weight loss, because I don’t have skills to direct you in that area. In fact, I don’t even want to lose weight! I’m on a journey towards health, pure and simple. If my discoveries can help you too, I will be happy. If not, then I hope I can at least entertain you with my successes and missteps as I attempt to cook the “healthy” recipes, shop in the produce section, visit the farmer’s market, listen to Tony Horton, and generally make healthier choices.
In a world where chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, and genetically modified crops dominate our food industry, it’s not always easy to make healthy choices, but it doesn’t have to be scary. If I can do it, I know anyone can.
